“Glee” creator Ryan Murphy is spilling the beans about the 6th and final season of the FOX show. Gleeks can expect a fast-forward in time and a handful of core characters as the focus of the season.
Murphy said, “At one point, I felt like it was a cast of thousands, and the Lima stories were all supposed to be through the prism of Cory [Monteith]’s character, and that didn’t work out. So you know, we had to punt for a little bit, but I think once we got our bearings back, the idea of let’s concentrate on six people that we know and love and really work hard on their evolution I think has really served the show well.”
Which characters do you think will be the focus of the final season? We are crossing our fingers that Quinn and Puck are in the group! We love us some Dianna Agron and Mark Salling, but it’s highly unlikely.
For the final season, Murphy said any person who wants to come back is totally welcomed. Just a couple weeks ago, Glee aired their 100th episode and it was AWESOME because they brought back all the original characters. Seeing the new and old glee members sitting together made us so happy.
The last thing Murphy said about the last season was that it will not be “New York-centric.” How weird because they just moved the whole gang to the Big Apple! Hum....
