(Cleveland)---Cleveland Police say 35 year old Jason Fisher got into an argument with two other men inside a home at 1145 East 60th Street about 6:30AM Saturday.

Police say a preliminary investigation shows there may have been an argument or attempted robbery, and shots were fired among the three.

When police arrived, Fisher had multiple gunshot wounds to his chest and side and was dead on the scene.

The other two men were taken to MetroHealth medical center.  Their conditions are unknown.

Fisher's three children were home at the time of the shooting.  They were unharmed and are now in the custody of their mothers.

Police have arrested the other two men. They are asking anyone with information to call the Homicide Unit at (216)623-5464 or Crimestoppers.
