(Cleveland) - All power has been reinstated inside Horseshoe Cleveland.
A faulty part was identified as the cause of a power outage which occurred throughout the Higbee Building at approximately 1:30 a.m. this morning. Casino management worked with Forest City, the building owner, and First Energy to replace the part which successfully reinstated power.
Spokeswoman Jennifer Kulczycki says the casino is fully operational and is open for guests. The second level of the casino including table games, slots, High Limit and Food Court has reopened.
Gamers at the Horsewhoe say their play was not interrupted but they were not able to purchase liquor during the outage, some slot machines were knocked out, and the temperature rose because the ventilation system was not working.
