(Cleveland) - Two men have surrendered, ending a standoff at 2163 West 103rd Street that started before sunrise Monday.  Inside the house, police found numerous marijuana plants.

At 2:46 a.m., Sgt. Sammy Morris says police dispatch received a call for shots fired. Once on scene officers observed shell casings outside of the home and a male looking out of the window.

The male was ordered to exit the home, which he did not comply and the SWAT Unit was notified.

Further investigation reveals that two white males were observed entering the home.

Just before 12 noon, one person was seen being brought out of the house in handcuffs, and the second surrendered about 1 p.m.

They've been identified as Richard Hearn and Patrick Hyland, both 36.

After the house was secured by the bomb squad, police went inside and say they found a marijuana growing operation in the basement and the second floor.

Police are still investigating why the whole incident happened.
