(Cleveland) - The RTA's Blue and Green Rapid lines are out of service because of damage caused by heavy rains and flooding.

RTA's Mary Shaffer says some of the damage caused by flooding is near the Buckeye Woodhill Rapid station, which is used by both of the lines. Replacement buses are being used from the east end of both lines into Tower City, and that is causing some delays.

Shaffer also says some other parts of the Green Line were underwater Tuesday night, and damage is still being assessed there.
