(Bath Twp.) - Bath Township police have filed falsification and obstruction of justice charges against former Navy Seal Chris Heben over his shooting last spring.   Heben turned up at the Bath fire department in March with a gunshot wound to the stomach. He told police that he'd been shot in a confrontation with three young men in a car at the West Market Plaza.  But after months of investigation, police have been unable to corroborate Heben's story.  Police Chief Mike McNeeley says they now believe Heben was shot somewhere else, but where and by whom is not clear.   Heben has not commented so far.
