(Cleveland) - LeBron James' return to Northeast Ohio could be a one-man economic development plan.   County Executive Ed Fitzgerald estimates that all-in the economic impact of could reach $500 million dollars.    He estimates that increased attendance at Cavs games could create as many as 500 new jobs, increased tax revenue only shared by the city and the county could top $53 million dollars.   $34 million dollars a year in additional spending by the fans is projected.

Fitzgerald believes downtown property values could increase as well.
