(Cleveland)- Cleanup efforts continue today in several northeast Ohio communities after strong storms hit the region.

The National Weather Service says heat-generated storms downed trees, flooded streets and ripped the roof off Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin High School in Geauga County.

Early morning storms swamped parts of Summit and Stark counties, forcing some people to evacuate their homes by boat.

No injuries were reported.
