(Cleveland) - The host of “Rover’s Morning Glory” on WMMS has been indicted on charges following his July Fourth weekend arrest.

The indictment against 37-year-old Shane “Rover” French includes 13 charges: two of inducing panic, attempted felonious assault, two of assault, three each of vandalism and criminal damaging, unauthorized possession, sale or discharge of fireworks and resisting arrest.

French was taken into custody early in the morning on July 5 for an alleged incident on Whiskey Island.

He is due to appear in court on October 16.

A co-host, 28-year-old Michael Toomey of Lakewood, faces similar charges.
