Christina Perri’s new album Head or Heart features a duet with her pal Ed Sheeran.
The duo collaborated on track “Be My Forever”, which Perri wrote herself but she admits she didn’t think she’d ever keep the song for her own album because it’s too “happy.”
The songstress tells On Air with Ryan Seacrest: "I remember thinking…well, this is certainly not going to be my song. Because I've never written anything that happy before. But in fact, I fell in love with it and wrote a guy part. And who also doesn't sing happy songs? Mr. Ed Sheeran."
Christina also added she considers Ed one of her true friends, joking they even hang out when they don’t have to.
