You’ve heard of a white elephant gift exchange, right. That’s where a group of people open a present one-at-a-time and have the option of trading with someone who opened a gift before them if they don’t like the gift they got. In Kentucky, Lori Janes found herself on the receiving end of a $25 TJ Maxx gift card, which was soon after swiped from her in exchange for scratch-off lottery tickets. Things worked out though, because Janes won $50 on the first ticket…and then the $175K grand prize on the next one. Sounds like she got the better end of that deal.
