Don’t come for Selena Gomez’s best friend. It started this way: Hailey Bieber was on “Drop the Mic” when co-host Method Man teased “a one-on-one rap battle full of the meanest lyrics about a celebrity since Taylor Swift’s last album.”
That’s when Hailey made the motion of sticking her finger down her throat and rolled her eyes. A TikToker posted the vid and called Bieber a “mean girl.” Selena was having none of it and commented on the post “So sorry, my best friend is and continues to be one of the best in the game.”
Later, TMZ reported that Gomez announced she’s had enough of social media. For now. Following rumors that Kylie Jenner took a swipe at Gomez online, the actor promised “I’m gonna be taking a second from social media cause this is a little silly and I’m 30. I’m too old for this.” The speculation began after Jenner made a comment about her eyebrows that many felt was a shot at Gomez.
