If you want to lose weight, try “food scrolling” on social media. A new study shows that viewing images of food online can make you feel full. Experiments showed that looking at the same food 30 times made you not want it. Now scientists think they can create an app to curb cravings thanks to the findings! The overweight population has tripled since 1975, so an app would be welcome.
