When he was 17, Rory McInnes had a brilliant idea. He got himself a can of white spray paint and artistically drew a 60-foot dong on the top of his house with the hopes that he’d eventually see it show up on Google Maps. A year later, it hadn’t, but it’s a secret he still kept to himself…until a helicopter flew over the home. The chopper’s pilot doubled back to make sure he saw what he thought he’d seen, and then took a picture and gave it to the local police. Shortly thereafter, a reporter showed up at the door of the house, and Rory’s father was asked about the giant phallus atop his house. When dear old dad asked his son about it, Rory excitedly screamed, “You finally found it!” The kid had to paint over it, but it seems it was all worth it for him.
