If you spend enough time on dating apps, all of the profiles start to feel the same. Part of that is because so many people include the same things in their bio, and that’s why your prompts really matter. Choosing a boring one could stand in the way of you landing a date, but Hinge is here to help make sure that doesn’t happen.
The dating app has done the research and found the most successful prompts to use in your dating app profile. According to Logan Ury, Hinge’s Director of Relationship Science, the most successful prompts are the ones that help you find what you’re looking for and the ones that allow you to express yourself. She says, “One of my key tips to designing a great dating app profile is to think through three things you want to express about yourself and use your photos and prompts to get those messages across.”
