The rumors of a Joe Jonas / Sophie Turner split appear to be true as Joe has filed to end the marriage. As for what’s in the legal documentation, Joe is asking for joint custody of their two daughters who are three and one year old. He’s also hoping the judge creates a parenting plan that allows for "frequent and continuing contact with both parties."
Speaking of the kids, the Jonas brother confirms both kids have been living with him in Miami, as well as "other locations throughout the United States." This appears to be referring to the little ones going on “The Tour” with him. The legal doc also addresses child support and states that Jonas wants a Florida court to decide what's fair.
So, why the divorce? A source who claims to have inside knowledge regarding the couple says it comes down to one very simple fact – "She likes to party, he likes to stay at home. They have very different lifestyles."
