Weston Soule, of Burlington, Connecticut, reportedly had one hell of a psychedelic mushroom crop growing at his home. Acting on a tip, members of the DEA Hartford Task Force decided to pay Soule a visit. Upon arriving, authorities allegedly found a “large mushroom growing operation” and “ventilation equipment throughout the house consistent with those used in clandestine laboratories.” In all, the quantity of mushrooms found on the premises had a reported street value of $8.5 million.
