This isn’t exactly a “major award”…Louis Vuitton has rolled out a pair of boots made to look like a woman’s leg, not unlike the leg lamp featured in the classic film “A Christmas Story.” The boots, painted to look like white ankle socks and black stilettos, come in an option of two skin tones and go for about $2,500.
Apparently, the fashion house knows they’ve put out a weird offering. According to the item description of the “Illusion” boots, the design is supposed to be a nod to the “surrealist art movement.” So, what does the general public think? Comments seem to be flooding in saying things like, “Some Ppl have too much money,” and calling them “So f*****g weird.”
