A video has gone viral of a teeny tiny living space in New York City that’s going for $1,200 per month. Real estate agent Omer Labock took to Instagram to show off the listing, that isn’t much more than a closet, dubbing it “the tiniest apartment in Manhattan.”
The whole abode is 115 square feet and is really nothing more than a narrow, closet-sized room without a kitchen or bathroom. However, this is quite a deal for Manhattanites as the going rate for apartments in the city average a whopping $4,150.
