Gypsy Rose Blanchard is suing blogger April Johns after a planned partnership reportedly took a sour turn. Gypsy’s suit includes claims of fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and defamation.
Apparently, after Gypsy was sent to jail for her role in the death of her mother, April approached her and said she could help Gypsy get fame and money…so Gypsy signed away her life rights and filled her in on her life. But nothing ever happened, so Gypsy and her family cut off contact with April…and then things apparently turned ugly.
Following the cutoff, Gypsy says April launched a hateful campaign against her online and posted confidential info about her…like her medical records. Now she’s asking a judge to stop April from talking about her.
