The ever-expanding glossary of dating terms we never needed in the first place has a new entry. It’s called “pebbling.” It seems that “pebbling” is the sharing “of memes, videos, or links to someone to show you’re thinking of them.” Apparently, it’s been likened to “how penguins bring pebbles back to their little penguin loved ones.” While little gestures do mean something, is it really necessary to bring penguins into it? Just send a text and say, “I’m thinking of you.” It means the same thing, doesn’t it?
