Giraffes are already an unique animal species so to see completely white colored one is a rare experience indeed. A white giraffe brought a lot of attention to Kenya in 2017 when it was first seen on their conservation. She ended up birthing two calves in August of 2019. The giraffes are not albinos but actually get their color from a condition call Leucism.
Unfortunately, humans can be just a savage and brutal as animals themselves. They say the female and her son were killed by poachers. Which leaves only one rare white giraffe left in the wild. It is a very sad day for the conservationists since these animals are not found anywhere else in the world.
