Drug mules must be having some serious success when it comes to hiding cocaine in wheelchairs, because another one was discovered by U.S. Custom and Border Patrol agents…this time in Baltimore. A New Jersey man was found with about $1 million-worth of booger sugar, all strategically hidden in his electric wheelchair. Gabriel Ruiz was coming back into the country from the Dominican Republic when he was stopped.
