On TikTok, a woman calling herself “Traveling Hotel Manager” has some advice on what you should be staying away from in your hotel room. She’s talking about the full-size shampoo and conditioner bottles that are fixed to the wall of the shower. She says the bottles “aren’t secure,” and other guests can fill them whatever they want. So, while you think you’re using shampoo, you might not be aware that some drunken prankster added bleach, hair color, or some other unpleasant substance that you’d then be rubbing into your hair and over your body. Stick with the sealed tiny bottles, or…better yet…bring your own.
