Some on-the-court drama between a high school basketball coach and a referee ended in the ref being arrested and charged with battery and assault.
It all went down a week ago Saturday at Santiago High School in Corona, California. Oak Hills coach Rob Alexander reportedly took issue with how referee Brandon Knapper was calling the game.
An argument ensued and Knapper eventually threw a fist in the face of Alexander and landed a few more before players and spectators got involved.
