A company that makes “fantasy-themed sex toys” is accusing another company of “sex toy bootlegging.” In a federal lawsuit, Bad Dragon Enterprises is accusing a company called SinSaint of illegally copying their distinctive dildo designs and infringed on copyrights for products like “Sprtiz the Seadragon” and “Tyson the Water Buffalo.” Bad Dragon says they’ve achieved “significant commercial success” in the world of adult toys and accuses SinSaint of “selling duplicative dildos through their website and other trade channels.” In all, 13 Bad Dragon dildos are alleged to have been copied. We can all agree that nobody likes a stolen dildo.
