The treats were available, but a Maryland woman had plenty of tricks for the children on Halloween night. 45-year-old Wendee Kaczorek was arrested around 7:30 p.m Monday night after police were called to her neighborhood. Officers found her exposing herself and screaming while handing out candy to trick-or-treaters. She was arrested on charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct in her driveway and released on her own recognizance.
