Owen Wilson's fictional character, Carl Margle, has been unveiled for the new film Paint. You can immediately tell who his look was inspired by, Bob Ross of course. This IFC Films production also stars Michaela Watkins, Wendi McLendon-Covey and Stephen Root. This comedy is set to be released in 2023.
