Upon her release from a mental health facility last week, Raquel Leviss has decided to go back to using her birth name - Rachel. The "Vanderpump Rules" star was reportedly upset her haters found out her real name was Rachel and began using her birth name as a "weapon." Though Leviss’ legal name is Rachel, she has gone by Raquel for most of her life. Her friends and family "began calling her Raquel at a very early age, and the name stuck." Now it's Rachel Leviss. Please make a note of it.
