A North Carolina man is suffering from a frisbee-sized hole from the side of his rear end after contracting a flesh-eating bacterial infection. Carson Seitter suffered an injury when a fall on September 5th left him unconscious. What’s worse, the minor injury ended up becoming infected with a “deadly flesh-eating bacteria” in his “hip/leg/buttocks region” known as necrotizing fasciitis.

Carson’s brother Jacob has set up a GoFundMe page to help offset medical costs after Carson has spent the last 35 days in the hospital – five of those days on a ventilator in the ICU. Carson, who’s been a cop for more than a decade, has undergone seven surgeries and is expected to need several skin grafts from the infection.
