Doritos, the iconic tortilla chip brand, has collaborated with Empirical Spirits to create an 84-proof Doritos liquor that mimics the taste and smell of Nacho Cheese Doritos, minus the crunch. This unique spirit is the result of Empirical's co-founder, Lars Williams, a former Noma chef, who has been focusing on creating unconventional and uncategorized spirits. The limited-edition product, which started as an experiment with actual Doritos infused in distilled beer, will be available starting next month for $65 a bottle.
