Provo Teen Arrested For Taping Fish To ATMs

A teen in Provo, Utah has been making a name for himself on social media by taping fish to ATMs. Going by the handle “fish_bandit84” on Instagram, he simply records himself duct-taping dead fish to the banking machines. That’s all. Though his 64K-plus followers seem to enjoy his heroic actions, police and banks aren’t as amused. The kid is now facing two counts of property damage and his case has been referred to Juvenile Justice and Youth Services. There’s also a TikTok account with the same handle that also features fish tapings on ATMs, as well as bathroom doors and “other objects.”
