There's a new Swiftie on the way for the Mahomes clan, and we now know the gender. Patrick Mahomes and wife Brittany revealed on Instagram Friday that their third child will be another girl. In an elaborate Tic-Tac-Toe gender reveal, daughter Sterling turned various X's and O's Vanna White-style until the board revealed three pink X's in a row - indicating the family would be adding another baby girl, turning the household decidedly female. Along with three-year-old Sterling, the couple also shares 19-month-old Patrick III.
