Trying to find love can be challenging, but location may play a bigger part than some of us realize. It turns out, some places are much better for single people and a new report reveals the cities that could boost your chance of success when it comes to romance.
- WalletHub has just released their list of the Best and Worst Cities for Singles in 2025.
- They ranked 182 U.S. cities on 35 key indicators of dating-friendliness in three main areas: Economics, Fun & Recreation, and Dating Opportunities.
- Cities were compared on everything from the cost of a restaurant meal for two to the average price of a haircut to the percentage of the population that’s single.
- The best city for singles in the year is Atlanta, Georgia, which comes in second for Fun & Recreation, 15th for Dating Opportunities, but it’s 140th for Economics.
- Las Vegas, number two overall, is first for Fun & Recreation, while Rapid City, South Dakota, 13th overall, is first for Dating Opportunities, and Overland Park, Kansas, which is 105th overall, tops the list for Economics.
- At the bottom of the list is Pearl City, Hawaii, making it the worst city for singles for 2025.
