A man in Brazil with “I am a thief and an idiot” tattooed on his forehead was arrested when he was caught during a burglary.
The forehead ink was done by a tattooist and his neighbor in 2017 after the man was caught stealing a bicycle; both were sentenced to three years in prison for torture because of the tattoo.
It’s the third time the tattooed man has been arrested for theft since then.
